Logo Ties
Keeping to our latest theme of giving you information to regularly asked questions, we’re often asked to advise you on where it is best to place your logo on your custom tie design. Let’s keep it simple and go through some of the most popular positions. Why not use our free of charge artwork service to try some of these out.
Under-knot Logo Position
Having your logo in an under-knot position, as shown above, can make it more prominent when meeting people. This is because it’s closer to eye-level. This positioning ensures that if you wear a jacket, closing it will not hide your logo. This makes it a great one for making sure your logo is noticeable and clear, especially for promotional purposes!
Offset Tip Position
Opting to have your logo in an offset tip position is our second most popular option. As you can see from the above picture this one works great with our striped design as it balances the offset stripes. Many of our customers choose to add wording either underneath or along the tip of the tie. You can, of course, centralise the graphic if you wish.
Repeated All Over
Be it a large or a small logo, repeating it all over the tie will achieve a timeless look. This placement creates a versatile tie that works for any event. If you want to keep it subtle you could always have a repeated shadow logo. These are made a few shades darker than the ground color of your tie.
These are just a few of the popular designs if you have ideas for something not listed, let us know your ideas and we’ll happily help! You can always have a look at our tie designer, which will give you more ideas.
