When ordering products such as custom ties, scarves and bow ties, we have a lot of you ask us questions concerning the order process so we’re keeping it simple with this FAQ to keep you ahead of the game.
How do i get a quote for a woven accessory?
Quite simply, we need you to give us an idea of the type of tie or other accessory you would like us to quote for (please see our quote form on almost every page of our website, you must have seen it!) along with an approximate quantity needed. That’s it, that’s all we need to work out a price for you, easy right?
How do I get a quote for badges/cufflinks?
To quote accurately for these we ask you to send an image of your potential design/ideas along with an approximate quantity. Custom badges and cufflinks have quite a few options which affect price so the better the description/image you can send the better.
Can I see an electronic mock-up of some designs?
Yes! We offer a free artwork service; if you send us your logo/ideas along with your preferred colours we can create designs for your approval. Don’t worry if you need a few amendments to get your custom design right, just let us know.
Can I see an existing sample?
We are happy to post out an existing sample of previous designs for quality consideration, just email us your address.
Are you able to match colours?
We will match your existing colour/pantone, on occasions where this is not possible, we will use the closest match available.
Can I see samples of my design?
As part of the order process, we supply a free sample to match your artwork for approval before proceeding to produce your bulk order. Please bear in mind this is part of a committed order only, if you decide not to proceed with the design this will incur a design cancellation charge.
I’ve received my sample and want to make an amendment to the design, can this be done?
Yes we can make amendments to your design, but please be aware that this may be subject to a design charge depending on your requirements.
What about if i want to change a colour?
We can do this too, let us know what you’d like to change and we can send you some colour swatches to choose from before making final amendments.
I have deadline, are you able to work to this?
We can be flexible on lead times where possible to meet your deadline, please enquire with us and let us know your requirement date.
Can I skip the sample stage to meet my deadline?
If you are ordering a new design, we must sample to ensure it is correct prior to producing your bulk order (with the exception of woven scarves).
