Customer feedback is of paramount importance in terms of improving any company’s products and services, and we’re no exception to the rule. We like to get customers’ feedback on their Club tie and Masonic tie orders on a regular basis. Once their order has been delivered and our customers have had time to hand out their new accessories and wear them for a few weeks, like many other companies we contact them to find out how they’re doing. We receive several reviews a week and love hearing feedback, both positive and negative so we can both improve and commend good work where it is due.
Glowing Feedback After Club Tie Order
One of the feedback stories we received recently is a little out of the norm and really made us smile, so we thought we would share it with you.
After receiving a call from a lovely gentleman who wanted to pop in and see us to talk about what he wanted, we arranged a suitable date and time for him – nothing out of the ordinary. It was only after a few conversations that we discovered he had been let down severely by another club tie supplier and was making the trip to see us all the way from Portsmouth and booking a hotel due to the length of the trip! We of course suggested we could go through everything over the phone with him to save the trouble but he insisted, and a week later we met with him and arranged his order.
He was delighted with the sample and later with the full order, and provided the following comments:
“I have been told by all of the recipients of the club ties that they are superb, and well worth the money and wait.
A lot of the lads who have the ties served with me in Germany at 7th Armoured Brigade which, as you may know is called The Desert Rats. The remainder, we call them the young boys, although they may be reaching 60 years young by now.
I am very pleased that I finally came to Keltic Clothing in the end. It was too much hassle with the other supplier. Basically, not giving me the customer what I wanted. Keltic Clothing has certainly achieved that.”
